Intel Xeon Silver 4310 Processor: A New Word in High-Performance Computing
The Intel Xeon Silver 4310 processor represents a new generation of server processors based on the Ice Lake architecture. It is manufactured using a 10 nm process technology, which ensures high performance and energy efficiency. This chip is designed for the most demanding computing.
The processor is equipped with 12 cores and has 24 threads, which operate at a base frequency of 2.1 GHz. In Turbo Boost mode, the frequency is automatically increased to 3.3 GHz to accelerate the execution of complex tasks. This ensures a fast system response under peak loads.
The L3 processor cache is 18 MB. It minimizes delays in accessing data. 8-channel DDR4 memory controller with a frequency of 2667 MT/s provides high bandwidth. The maximum amount of RAM is 6TB. This makes it possible to work with large amounts of data. 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes allow you to connect various peripheral devices, such as graphics accelerators and data storage systems.
The new LGA 4189 socket is specially designed for processors of this family. Heat dissipation is 120 W, which requires an effective cooling system. The Intel Xeon Silver 4310 processor is ideal for tasks that require high performance and security.
